We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organised Stock & Operations Assistant to join Dainty Vintage.
This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, takes pride in presentation, and wants to be part of a fast-moving vintage brand behind the scenes.
You’ll be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly, ensuring our pieces are prepped, organised and ready to hit the shop floor at the right moment.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing incoming stock (sorting, tagging, pricing)
  • Steaming and preparing pieces for the shop floor
  • Organising rails and maintaining visual order in-store
  • Supporting with stock rotations and new drops
  • Keeping the back-of-house clean, efficient and well-structured

We’re looking for a creative, fashion-obsessed Content Assistant to join Dainty Vintage.
This role is perfect for someone who lives on TikTok, has a strong eye for styling, and wants to be part of a growing vintage brand — not just work in a shop.
You’ll be responsible for bringing Dainty to life through content, helping us create engaging, on-trend videos while being part of the in-store experience.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
  • Creating TikTok & Instagram content in-store (filming, styling, editing)
  • Modelling and showcasing pieces in a natural, effortless way
  • Keeping up with trends and suggesting content ideas
  • Assisting with photoshoots and campaign content
  • Supporting the day-to-day vibe of the shop when needed
🧠 We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has a strong sense of personal style (bonus if you love vintage/androgynous fashion)
  • Is confident on camera and comfortable being in content
  • Understands TikTok & Reels (what works, what doesn’t)
  • Is proactive and full of ideas
