We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an in-store return, you can first message us on instagram @thedaintyvintage and await a reply. Read more about our in-store returns at point F on this page.
If your online return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
B. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
C. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
D. Online Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

E. In-Store Refunds
For in-store returns, after messaging (see point F) you can bring the item you would like to return and our team will inspect it for you. Kindly understand that we cannot refund you unless the product was sent damaged or was damaged through delivery. In cases where no damages are visible, we will be able to give you an in-store credit note, which means you will be able to choose any other piece/s whose prices altogether amount to the initial amount you spent, choosing from bags, clothes, accessories, shoes and/or jewellery.
F. Important note about Refunds
Kindly note that only the owners - Kelly & Lexi are able to accept or deny a return/ refund. So always let us know beforehand about any return on instagram @thedaintyvintage so as to avoid any miscommunication and trips to our shop that result in no help for your end. The rest of the team at Dainty Vintage is not able to accept or deny a return and on some days the rest of the team is at the shop and the Owners are not.
